We have 8 members of staff who work directly with the children. We also have an Admin Manager.

7 Members of the staff are Paediatric First Aid trained (January 2022) and all are DBS checked.

Manager, Nominated Person & Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

Paula has been with us since September 2018 and has brought with her enthusiasm and new visions for the future.
Paula has recently completed a Foundation Degree in Early Years.

Lisa Cookland

Deputy Manager & Deputy DSL

Lisa joined Early Days Pre-School in April 2019, is Level 3 qualified and is passionate about ensuring our children maximise their learning experience through outdoor play.

Linzi Harrison

SENCo & Deputy DSL

Linzi has been with us since January 2017 and has been responsible for the SENCo role since April 2019. She is Level 3 qualified.

Linzi works Monday to Wednesdays.

Administrative Manager

Sharon helps the management and committee to fulfil their responsibilities. Sharon was Chair of the Management committee between 2013-2015 and so has plenty of experience with the Pre-School processes.
